■ Order Finalisation and Changes
- We accept orders 24 hours a day via the Internet.
- Once the order confirmation email has been sent, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
- Any redirection or transfer due to address errors after shipment will incur additional charges, to be borne by the customer.
■ Payment Method
- Credit card payment: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB (※No fee for credit cards)
- Bank transfer: Please pay the transfer fee for bank transfers.
- Payment can be made from the following smartphone apps.
LINE Pay bill payment, Rakuten Bank convenience store payment service (pay by payment slip via app), dPay bill payment, FamiPay bill payment - Cash on delivery: 330 yen (tax included)

■ Refusal to Accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Parcels
- Refusing to accept a COD parcel or failing to receive it within the carrier’s holding period will result in charges for round-trip shipping, COD handling, and cancellation processing fees.
- Non-payment may result in referral to a debt collection agency, reporting to the e-commerce platform, and legal action.
- Re-shipment will only be possible via bank transfer, with all actual shipping costs borne by the customer.
■ Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation or on the requested delivery date. Delays may occur depending on location.
- Product shipments and email and phone responses to inquiries are only available on weekdays, excluding weekends, Japan's national holidays, Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year holidays.
- For the fastest shipping, do not specify a delivery date and indicate “urgent” in the remarks column.
- Stock levels fluctuate; if an item is out of stock after your order, we will contact you with alternative suggestions.
- Some products are ordered from manufacturers after receiving your order, and availability or delivery may be delayed due to manufacturer circumstances.
■ Product Information
- Packaging: Unless otherwise specified (such as "gift box" or "special packaging"), products are typically shipped in protective packaging without retail boxes.
- Product Variations: Due to manufacturing processes, slight differences in colour, shape, texture, size, or weight may occur between items, even within the same product line.
- Measurements: All listed sizes and capacities are approximate and for reference only. Minor deviations may occur.
- Product Images: Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and appearance may differ slightly due to monitor settings or lighting conditions.
- Product Specifications: Specifications, designs, and materials may change without prior notice due to manufacturer updates or improvements.
- Handling & Care: Please follow the handling instructions provided with each product. For any questions regarding use or care, feel free to contact us.
■ Invoices and Receipts
- Delivery notes are not included if the billing and shipping addresses differ. Please contact us if needed.
- Receipts can be issued upon request. Please specify the name and details in the remarks field when placing your order. PDF receipts are also available.
- Reissuance, changes in date or amount, and issuing multiple receipts for a single order are not possible. For COD orders, the delivery receipt will serve as the official receipt.
■ Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within one week of delivery. We will promptly handle the matter at our expense.
- Returns or exchanges due to customer reasons are generally not accepted. If unavoidable, returns will be accepted only after prior contact and approval, with shipping at the customer's expense. Refunds will be made after deducting handling and shipping fees. Bank transfer fees and other associated costs will also be borne by the customer.
- Cancellation fees: 30% of the product price for ceramics (excluding religious items), 50% for other items (lacquerware, wooden products, glassware, kitchen tools, religious items, etc.).
- If the package is returned due to refusal of receipt or failure to collect within the carrier’s storage period, we will treat it as a cancellation at the customer's convenience and charge shipping and cancellation fees.

■ Cooling-Off Policy
- Cooling-off provisions do not apply to purchases made via the internet, as they are based on the customer’s voluntary decision.
