📦 Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
- Order Confirmation → A confirmation email will be sent after placing the order.
- Processing & Packing → Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
- Shipping → A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped.
⏳ Delivery Time Slot Selection
You can select one preferred delivery time slot in these 5 slots (for parcel delivery only):
- Morning hours (8:00–12:00)
- 14:00–16:00

All shipments include a tracking number.
You will receive this via email after the item is shipped.

■ Orders Cannot Be Delivered If:
- Incorrect shipping address is provided.
- Customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, resulting in package return.
- Weather, natural disasters, or traffic conditions cause shipping delays.
■ Handling of Returned Orders:
- If a package is returned due to customer reasons, re-shipping fees will apply.
- If an item is returned due to long-term absence, the order will be canceled with no refund.
■ Order Processing
- No shipping on weekends & public holidays.
- Orders placed during peak periods (sales, holidays) may take 5–8 business days to process.
■ Delivery Time Slot Selection:
- Time selection is only available for TA-Q-BIN & Yu-Pack.
- Yu-Packet & mailbox deliveries do not support time selection.
- Due to carrier circumstances, time selection may not always be available.
❓ FAQs (Domestic Japan)
Q1: How long does shipping take?
A1: Generally, 3–4 days for Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu and 4–5 days for Hokkaido & Okinawa (subject to conditions).
Q2: Is the shipping fee per order?
A2: Yes, shipping fees are charged per order, unless the total exceeds ¥9,900 for free shipping to all Japan excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa islands. Also, for total order over ¥19,900 shipping fee will be free to all over Japan.
Q3: Can I change my shipping method after ordering?
A3: Yes, after your order confirmation, you might change shipping method by directly contact us. Please understand in advance that it would lengthen the delivery times and sometimes we cannot make the change if the shipping company has already started shipping.
Q4: Which shipping companies do you use?
A4: We use Japan Post, Yamato Transport, and Sagawa Express, all with tracking service, depending on the order size.

All orders are shipped directly from Japan via Japan Post（日本郵便）. We offer multiple international shipping options with clear rates and tracking availability. Exchange rate used for reference: 1 USD = 150 JPY (subject to market fluctuations).
